When Penny Love Fitness® launched in 2014 our main goal was to provide an atmosphere where women felt welcomed with open arms.

A member’s son has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, is deaf and comes ALIVE when he dances! From the initial launch, our efforts expanded to ALL participants feeling informed, inspired, supported, uplifted, and cared for.

​

Another young lady is an engineer and her son has been a participant since he was 3 months old. When he started walking, he would try to do the yoga poses or replicate dance moves. He was diagnosed with Autism a few years ago, and his consistent daily activity is to pull out the yoga mat and either try a pose or a dance move.

​

We then transitioned our fitness program to accommodate families who are trying to manage behavior by introducing dance fitness as a coping mechanism to bridge the communication gap for both verbal and non-verbal youth.

Our motto “Invest in Yourself” has remained unchanged throughout the growth process. Fitness classes are encouraging, and we adhere to a DRAMA FREE ZONE regardless of race, creed, or culture, we firmly believe in supporting each other. We encourage all participants to push past the challenge, feel the music, smile, be uncoordinated, and be positive. Penny Love Fitness was created as a VIBE! Students losing weight, dropping pants and dress sizes are just a bonus to restoring your vibrant energies!
